To Make a Referral

Primary care physicians, physician specialists, chiropractors, CRNP's, PA's or insurance companies are eligible to refer patients for care. Our goal is to maintain communication with the referral source, provide updates on the patient's progress and assure continuity of treatment. To schedule an appointment, call 717.652.8670. In most instances, appointments will be scheduled within 48-72 hours of insurance authorization.
